Q: Are there additional fees? 

A: There will be no additional fees. You may purchase additional experiences, which are optional. You will receive everything that is outlined in your package.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards. If you have specific questions about payment options, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Q: Are there any other things we should expect to pay for once at the event? 

A: Everything outlined in the event or package is included in the price you paid. There will likely be optional things you can purchase such as merchandise, products, souvenirs, etc.

Q: Are prices based on double occupancy? 

A: The listed prices are per person and based upon double occupancy--meaning based upon two people in the package. There are single guest prices as well.

Q: What is the deposit amount? 

A: Roughly around 10% is required to hold your initial booking.


Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Pets are not allowed.

Q: Who are you tipping for “accommodation and transportation tips and fees”?

A: On the Premier Tour all tips for luggage, drivers and hosts are included in the package. If you wish to tip for other items or tip more to those who provide services, it is at your discretion.

Q: Will there be language translation?

A: There will be no translation services available.
